Vendor Presenter Fee = $100 (This is for vendors that want to have a presentation room and scheduled on the program)

IMLA takes no responsibility for exhibitor's materials

8am  Exhibits Open --  8:45 to 10:00 AM -- Opening General Session/Keynote

10:15 AM to 4:15 PM Breakout sessions  

4:30 PM -- Reception (prizes) & Poster Session

Saturday, March 15  --  7:30 to 9:00 AM --  Breakfast, Roll Call, Awards, Installation

 7:30am - 12:30 Exhibits Open  --  9:15 - 11:00 AM Breakout sessions

11:10 - 12:00 Noon --  Closing General Session, Keynote, Prize Drawings
