Photo/Art Release

I __________________-give my permission for my student’s original artwork, projects, or personal image to be published in the Idaho Middle Level Associations Newsletter and or other publications.  The original artwork will be returned to the student.  Students will not receive monetary compensation.  The Idaho Middle Level Association publications are established to celebrate student success and to encourage creativity.
